Session of the Parliament shall be the most efficient Session of the Verkhovna
Rada of Ukraine of this Convocation - V. Lytvyn
"There is a lot of work. We receive new bills and propositions from the People´s Deputies of Ukraine, every day", he stated.
The key task shall be scrutiny of the Law on land market during this session. "It is an extremely important issue, thus we need not only a discussion but the necessary elucidative work as the situation gets hotter", he explained.
Discussing importance of the Law adoption, V. Lytvyn emphasized inadmissible situation with in the market since the land is being purchased illegally. He supposed that after the Law´s adoption, normative evaluation of land "shall be considerably increased." "We shall agree on real price of land and real owners that shall be working on it", Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada explained.
During the session, V. Lytvyn is convinced, a number of other bills shall be adopted to meet the requirements of the Constitution of Ukraine and the Law on Standing Orders of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, namely, Law on budget for the next year. "The Budget shall be adopted in time. The Government is working upon the document pursuant to the strict schedule and the relevant Parliamentary Committees shall be involved into this work", stated V. Lytvyn. "We shall provide a dialogue and search a compromise", V. Lytvyn added.
According to the Head of the Parliament, during the session the Verkhovna Rada shall adopt the Law on elections of the People´s Deputies of Ukraine. V. Lytvyn mentioned that the bill is a matter of severed discussion and there are some suggestions to hold early elections. Though he stated that the elections of the People´s Deputies and the President of Ukraine shall be held in terms defined by the Constitution of Ukraine.
Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada expressed the opinion that proximity of elections shall increase quantity of populist bills. Thus, V. Lytvyn expressed for the necessity to analyze the existing laws and provide their implementation.
